Pet Partner Team Training Classes and Evaluations

Massachusetts Pet Partners Team Training & Evaluation Events

These courses are offered as two days events; a total of 12-hour training. The maximum class size is 15 participants. Lunch is not include so bring your own brown-bag meal!

The cost of the 2-day training event and accompaning Team Evaluation is $75.00 which includes the Team Evaluation. If you are participating in the Home Study version of the Pet Partners Training then the cost of an evaluation is $10.00.

There is no charge for Delta Society Pet Partners 2-year registration renewal. Thank you for your continuing volunteer commitment to your community!

Training facilities have been generously donated by Instrumentation Laboratory. Instrumentation Laboratory is located at 101 Hartwell Avenue, Lexington, MA 02142.

Evaluations are conducted in the Massachusetts Pet Partners, Inc. home office. Home office is located at 705 Bradford Street in North Andover, MA 01845. Training event participants and registered Pet Partners are kindly asked to volunteer at Massachusetts Pet Partners Evaluation events.

To reserve your place in the Team Training or Evaluation sessions - Contact Us. Payment will be collected prior to the start of the training session. Only cash or a check is accepted. Checks can be made payable to "Massachusetts Pet Partners, Inc.".

Massachusetts Pet Partners Fall Event
- Day 1 of 2 Session is Sunday, September 21, 2008. Event registration starts at 08:30 AM. Pet Partners Team Training event is from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Event includes a 30 minute lunch break - please remember to 'brown bag' your lunch.

- Day 2 of 2 Session is Sunday, October 26, 2008. Pet Partners Team Training event continues from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Event includes a 30 minute lunch break - please remember to 'brown bag' your lunch.

- Pet Partners Team Evaluation will be conducted on Sunday, November 9, 2008 in North Andover. Individual team times will be assigned at the conclusion of the Training event.

"Paws for People" Pet Partners Team Training & Evaluation Events

"Paws for People" is a regional group of Pet Partners associated with Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in Grafton, MA. Paws for People provides regular Pet Partner training and evaluation sessions in Central Massachusetts, as well as matching services for volunteers and facilities. "Paws for People" provides support for it's members through direct contact, continuing education seminars and much communication.

Cost for the Paws for People program sponsored 2-day training event and Team Evaluation is $160.00, which includes membership in Paws for People. Discount available for students and seniors.

The following Pet Partners Team Training and Evaluation is available. Training events are conducted at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine (formally Tufts University) campus in Grafton, MA . Lunch will be provided.

Paws for People Evaluation Events
Pet Partners Team Training will be conducted at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. Individual team evaluation times will be assigned by the Paws for People coordinator.

- Pet Partners Team Evaluation will be conducted on Sunday, July 13, 2008 in Grafton.

- Pet Partners Team Evaluation will be conducted on Sunday, September 14, 2008 in Grafton.

Paws for People Fall Event
Pet Partners Team Training will be conducted at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine.

- Day 1 of 2 Session is Sunday, October 5, 2008. Event registration starts at 08:30 AM. Pet Partners Team Training event is from 09:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Event includes a 30 minute lunch break.

- Day 2 of 2 Session is Sunday, October 12, 2008. Pet Partners Team Training event is from 08:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Event includes a 30 minute lunch break.

- Pet Partners Team Evaluation will be conducted on Sunday, November 16, 2008 in Grafton. Individual team times will be assigned at the conclusion of the Training event.

"Caring Companions" Pet Partners Team Training & Evaluations Events

The Berkshire Medical Center is home to a regional group of Pet Partners, Caring Companions, and provides regular Pet Partner training and evaluation sessions in Western Massachusetts.

Caring Companions Summer Evaluation Event
- Pet Partners Team Evaluation date will be conducted on Saturday and Sunday, June 28 & 28, 2008 in Pittsfield. Evaluation testing time will be scheduled by the event organizer.
