R.E.A.D. Program Training Classes

Training classes are for the 'human' member of the Pet Partner team only. We offer training classes in four-hour sessions. Cost for the 4-hour R.E.A.D. training is $50.00.

A valid Delta Society Pet Partner registration is a prerequisite for the Massachusetts Pet Partners sponsored R.E.A.D. training. Other accepted Animal Therapy organizations include Therapy Dogs, Inc. and Therapy Dogs International. Proof of registration and insurance is mandatory for training registration.

Intermountain Therapy Animals, founder of R.E.A.D., has a one time registration of $50.00* for each team.
*Reflects a discount extended to Massachusetts Pet Partners associate membership.

General Information for Events

Event registration starts at 08:30 AM. Event is from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The cost of the 4-hour training event is $50.00. We will not be breaking for lunch so bring a snack if you need.

Do not bring your animal companion.

Checks can be made payable to "Massachusetts Pet Partners, Inc.". Please bring your Pet Partner or other animal visiting program registration card

Training facilities have been generously donated by Instrumentation Laboratory. Instrumentation Laboratory is located at 101 Hartwell Avenue, Lexington, MA 02142..
